The first thing off the top of my head is travel, and I don't just love travel for travel's sake. I don't know why but I have always been fascinated with what I term "mass transport vehicles", i.e. trains, ships and planes, yes especially planes. I enjoy plane spotting at airports and I collect 1:400 scale die-cast models of Boeing and Airbus planes.
A concomitant love of travel is, in my opinion, the love of food. Good food is good food, regardless where and how you eat it. What matters more is the context in which the food is presented and consumed. To me, eating by the road on plastic stools next to snarling traffic is as spectacular as any expensive restaurant.
Lastly, I love this little island called Singapore. Obviously there are many negative things about it (and I probably will blog about it in the future), but this tropical city is undoubtedly lush and beautiful. Seeing that I love travel and planes, how can I not mention that Singapore is home to both Changi Airport and Singapore Airlines? They are among the world's best in what they do.
So there - travel, food and Singapore. Three of the things I love.
